Thoughts on Conscious Leadership

Not many of us are born leaders. Some people work their way to the top and hopefully acquire leadership skills through success, failure, and lessons learned.  Others are thrust into these positions welcome or not. Either way, it isn't easy on the best of days.  So, occasionally I'll offer ideas (and opinions) on bringing humanity, ethics, teamwork, intuition and other qualities and resources into the way you lead. Extraordinary leaders are rare and the good ones are conscious. Richard Earnest
