A veteran six-time CEO in the tech industry, Richard brings 30+ years building exceptional senior management teams for companies of all sizes including start-up ventures. He’s directed acquisitions on both sides of the desk and led successful turnarounds in both the public and private sectors. He co-founded and led San Diego's Chairman’s Roundtable and has provided mentoring and coaching to the executives of many small and medium-sized companies. Richard’s business acumen has earned him seats on 10 corporate and several non-profit boards of directors. A former Mayor of the City of Del Mar, California, he has extensive experience in local government, business and the military. In addition to his BS Degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Richard earned a Master’s Degree in Management at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
